William Mossett, President

Mr. Mossett, retired VP of Human Resources for Glaxo SmithKline
Inc., has over 20 years experience in the national and
international functioning of a global enterprise and has recognized
expertise in the managment of a corporate infrastructure.

Michael Flitterman, Executive Vice President

As the senior manager, Michael brings a wealth of experience to the company. His background includes executive management positions in a number of successful companies in fields as divers as telecommunications and business consulting. In his 25 years in sales and marketing roles, Michael has been responsible for driving and meeting revenue and profit goals and designing successful growth strategies. With his experience in the global financial arena, Michael is a significant asset to the company.

Peter Tower, Senior VP Operations

Peter has over thirteen years of experience in telephony technology and applications gained while working with call centers and collection agencies in operational, managerial and technical capacities. He has hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of client interfaces for major accounts, including Citibank N.A, Citicorp, Chase Manhattan, Chemical Bank and other regional financial institutions. Certifications include Lucent Technologies PBX, Davox Predictive Dialer management and applicable network and software training. He also has had MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) training.

Mr. Kirsch has expertise in Remote Calling applications is recognized throughout the USA. He has installed automated messaging solutions for healthcare in the majority of Veteran's Administration hospitals in the continental United States.

Terrence M. Quirin, Esq., VP and General Counsel

Mr. Quirin is a lawyer and management consultant who has advised numerous start-up and early stage ventures on legal, financial and management issues over the past fifteen years. Mr. Quirin served as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Penn Central, where he served as part of the team of lawyers who negotiated and implemented the reorganization of what was then the largest corporate bankruptcy in history. Mr. Quirin has a JD from Villanova University School of Law.
